Publication in ThreeSixty Bodyboarding Magzine

Stoked to have two photographs published in the recent Issue of ThreeSixty Bodyboarding Magazine.

The photographs featured in the regional session section of the magazine. You can purchase the magazine from most good news agents or visit the website HERE.

Plymouth rider Matty Allen at a North Cornwall slab.

James Swabey, surfing a North Cornwall wedge.

South Coast Bodyboarding Session

Had a good trip to the south coast yesterday with riders Mark Duignan, Jon Osman and Matt Bristow. We first checked a popular reef break called Porthleven and where greeted by 2-3ft swell and glassy conditions. We got straight in and had a few nice waves before travelled to a low tide wedge which was about the same size but had a little more punch to it. A good way to end the bank holiday and what a great recent run of swell! A few pictures I captured from the trip.

Porthtowan Bodyboarding Session

Had a second great day photographing and bodyboarding at Porthtowan. Conditions where a little bigger then Thursday but not as consistent.

I had travelled down with Matty Allen, Richard Gothem and Scott Richard and all managed to get some fun waves. Manages to swap my camera for Matty board near the end of the session to get a few waves myself! Some of the pictures captured from the session.

Cramleigh Magzine

Had a good surprise when the local Saltash Cramleigh magazine fell through my door this morning. They used one of my stock images of the Saltash bridges as the front cover.

A pleasant discovery because I often don't find out where or how my Stock images are used when purchased.

Porthtowan

Had a fun bodyboarding session at Porthtowan today after work with Matty Allen and Tabby Fox. The waves where small but powerful and where accompanied by glorious weather!

A few pictures below from our session.

Tabby taking off on a nice left hand peeling wave.

Matt Allen.

Great to have the line-up to our self for most of the afternoon, between sets I got a few lifestyle shots of everyone. This one of Tabby feeling the stoke.

Matty Allen going for the serious look.

Snorkeling trip at Portwrinkle.

Had a few hours free today between work and meetings so had a quick swim in the ocean with Lindsay. Good way to spend the afternoon.

Portwrinkle

Rushed down to Portwrinkle to capture some seascapes before the light faded. Sky didn't really light up but was a nice way to spend the evening with the girlfriend. This is the only photograph I captured from the trip.

Hayley

I'v been friends with Hayley for a few years now, she's a great person and really active model. We hadn't met up for a while, so decided to arrange a relaxed portrait shoot at one of my favourite beaches.

It was a great afternoons shoot with some good laughs in an amazing location. A few of the pictures we captured below.

Warmer Times in Cornwall

Cornwall has recently started to come to life, winters over and weathers warming up, which means frequent trips to the coast chasing the sun will be the norm again.

I'v managed to get to the coast a fair amount in the past week, sharing the trips with good friends and Emily. As always I had my camera with me and captured some candid pictures from our travels. Good times.

Bump into these guys on the way down to one particular cove close to Whitsands, they seemed quite inquisitive of the camera, which helped in getting this fun capture.

A great beach when you need to get away from the summer crowds.

Chance and Bella. Two great characters.

Myself and Emily at Millendreath.

Two Bridges

The Brunnel and Tamar bridges are major landmarks to my home town of Saltash so I decided it was about time I did a small project photographing them for addition to my stock and print portfolio's. Some of the photos I captured below.
